Experiencing God - Connecting with Others
Pastor Bill Anderson
Worship Arts
Pastor Bill has been with us since October 2008. He was born in MN, but moved to Billings, MT where he graduated from high school in 1979. Shortly before graduating, Bill's plans changed...he was led to Christ by a high school friend named John Stumbo who also gave him the idea to attend Bible College.
Consequently, Bill moved back to MN where he completed a degree in missiology from Crown College. It was there that Bill began writing songs and ministering through music as part of a band named The Potter's Clay. Bill continued writing songs and doing concerts until he was called to serve as a music pastor in 1987 at a church in Western WA. With over 20 years of pastoral experience, he hopes to use what he has learned to help MCN become all that God desires.
Coming from a musical family, Bill grew up believing that most everyone sings and plays instruments. He desires to pass on his enthusiasm for music and the arts to his family and those he leads in worship. He believes that music is a powerful tool that God has given us to express faith and truth in a way that connects with the mind the heart.

Bill met his wife, Terry, while working for the Bible college. She was born in Cheyenne, WY where they were married in 1987. Currently, Terry is a Special Education teacher in Marysville, WA. Besides being a wife, mom and teacher, Terry enjoys such things as scrapbooking and drama. They have three awesome children named Carli, Colton and Alayna. They share their Dad's love for music and their Mom's sense for the dramatic.
